On the path of spirituality 

– the starting point

I was a science student. I am a person who has been carrying materialistic thoughts for half of my life. I have always stood for materialism. At the age of 46, I was diagnosed with liver cirrhosis, which I did not know before. After sometime of being diagnosed, I suddenly passed out and my son brought me to hospital. After reaching the hospital, doctors were trying to treat me; however, I went into a coma for a week. During that time, the doctor lost hope and said that there is no chance of survival. Doctor from the hospital called my family members because I was near death. Later, all my relatives and family members were able to know about my critical situation. Doctor told me later that it was unbelievable and miraculous to come back conscious from a coma.

I suffered from the disease for about three years and many times I was on the brink of death. I have never thought that I would survive by carrying someone else’s liver in my body. Sometimes I feel that I have two humans inside me. I will always remember and thank the person who donated me his liver. Because of him, I am still alive in this world with his organs. Nobody knows what could happen anytime in their life. All the living creatures are mortal. Although anyone has the possibility of unexpected death. How can I trust my own long life? Sometimes my mind is in bad omen.

I have written all the above statements in my book, called “Kalejo Phereko Manchhe”, in Nepali that means liver transplanted man. I have seen my death very closely. I have suffered, I have to assimilate. Anyone could think America has prosperity and modern scientific prowess and it may look easy to transplant organs. But it is not as easy as everyone can think of. I was so lucky to get an opportunity to transplant my liver on time because more than 20% of patients die while they are waiting for an organ transplant.

No one has been able to conquer human death, even with any resources or technology. I’m not trying or wanting to disagree with science and technology because I was a science student and I have an interest in science and technology. Therefore, my liver transplant was successful and now I have a new life. Thanks to all doctors and nurses who believed in science/technology and put these efforts on me.

After my transplant, I’ve turned to spiritual life. Science is based on proven facts while spirituality is transcendental. The feeling is deeply imprinted in my heart but these things have no proof or evidence. When I started to experience it, then I began to feel it. Spirituality is a warehouse of all kinds of knowledge. I used to understand that spiritual means only religious. I got distracted from materialism. But after the transplant, I tried to research spirituality. Now I am on to it.

I was born in Hindu Brahman family, but I never followed religion. I didn’t study the Sanskrit language. I never used to follow our religion and tradition. I was not interested in these things before. So I never studied our Hindu culture, religion and tradition. In fact, I boycotted the Sanskrit language even though my father was a Pandit. I didn’t follow the path as he showed me, but I walked the other way. He always told me that he didn’t mind what courses I studied, but I have to read “Bhagavad Gita”. If a person dies without acquiring the knowledge of “Bhagavad Gita”, they never become free from hell.

Every time when you read Bhagavad Gita, you will find a new meaning and knowledge of it. Of course, there are four Veda, eighteen Puranas and thirty-six Upanishads in Vedic Sanatan (Hindu) holy books. Even if you put all these great Puranas on one side, the other side of this subtle Bhagavad Gita is broad. The knowledge of Bhagavad Gita was obtained from the mouthpiece of Lord Krishna.”

My father died when I was 22 years old. Before dying, he said “now it’s time for me to go. I have to sleep beneath the Monastery of Tulsi (holy Basil).” He asked us to clean the Monastery of Tulsi with cow dung, we did as he said. We brought our father to lay down on Kushasan with a clean bed cover. He told us to put a little water with holy basil in his mouth.” He swallowed water and he died (Param Dham). I have never seen anyone dying in such an awake state. He died in a state of being awake, telling my family don’t be panic and  mourn. Now I understand the secret of dying in the waking state. Very few human beings could leave this planet happily and embrace death. Now I am trying to understand the process.  

Nepali poet Bal Krishna Sam wrote, “knowledge dies with laughing and science dies with crying.” The invention of science must be for public welfare. If the invention of science reaches the wise man, then it will become beneficial for the welfare of the people. If it reaches the hands of the dictator, then it will destroy human beings. It is a vivid example of the nuclear invention. 

If a wise ruler used the same energy, then it would be productive to the welfare of human beings. However, if the same energy falls into the evil rulers, it can destroy human beings and nature. Science is a tool and if it is handed to the correct person, then it will be utilized wisely. That’s why the poet Bal Krishna said that science dies with crying. You cannot say that there was no science in the ancient time, they were just hiding it so that the invention could save and won’t destroy human beings or nature.

Millions of years ago, our sage muni (inventor) had researched the planets, Nakshatra, and the lunar solar eclipse. They have invented 7 days of week, days, 12 months and their name, they have also made 365 days in a year.  Modern astrologists could not find out the difference. Why could they not make 13 months in a year or 10 days in a week? They could not even make 400 days in a year. Therefore, many scientists and meteorologists  followed Eastern philosophy. All these things were obtained from spiritual knowledge by saga rishi muni.  The Light of the Knowledge is called the spiritual. To know spirituality, you need to understand the root, physical, immaterial, conscious, unconscious, visible, invisible power and natural regulation of the entire universe and existence of the soul-spirit. 

Spirituality is the ocean of knowledge. Just like the sky can’t be touched. In the same way, the knowledge of spirituality is vast and huge. Therefore, I have come to believe that science is a partial child of spirituality. Materialism is a part of spiritual science.  It is the study and research of material things and its existence from nature. 

I was already on the planet. Spiritualism is the ultimate knowledge beyond matter.  In fact, the roots of science begin with spiritualism. No idea can be invented unless an idea is born in the human mind. The seed of that thought is spirituality. Thought is not a material thing. Only with the development of that seed does something new emerge in this world. Discovery and invention of the latest things is possible. This is the truth. Spirituality is not a religion. Religion is not spiritual either. People have narrowed down religion to spirituality. I think they have told a complete lie. Spirituality is the infinite storage  of knowledge in the world. 

Spirituality is the regulation of the creation and nature of the universe created by the Lord with cosmic power. Many people weigh religion and spirituality on the same scale. These two things are the difference between heaven and earth and I have realized that they are different. To accept the existence of the Supreme God is to seek realization and intimacy, and to acquire real knowledge of life and the universe is to assimilate spirituality.

It is necessary to have a positive and equal attitude towards the world and living beings and to put it into practice.  You can see that people are not able to breathe a sigh of relief even when they are playing with material prosperity.  He seems to be committing sins by not being able to change his nature even after gaining more wealth than he needs. 

People with such tendencies do not hesitate to show their religion in the society by carrying the hypocrisy of religion. Men haven’t  missed calling themselves spiritualists. In our society there is a belief that people who study Sanskrit are religious and spiritual. But that is not true. Scholars consider themselves to be great religious and spiritual by narrating the romantic stories of the Upanishads. These Upanishads are literary novels of ancient writers. 

I think that if the story of those novels is considered as scripture, then our Eastern philosophy will be tarnished. Those stories have no relation  with spirituality.The state created by a phenomenon that happened in my life. It made me feel that my spiritual thoughts and interests had developed in my heart. Even though there is not much education and wisdom. 

I have tried to understand with my intellectual ability to find out about spirituality. What is religion really ? How did spirituality and religion originate ? How are the rulers of most of the nations exploiting society by making religion politics ?  By dividing people into religions and castes did people rule by subjugating people like animals ? Not only Hindus, even  other religions do as  in the world. 

They worship and adore their favorite deity. They do not accept the existence of gods and others and believe that their religion is good and great. They do not hesitate to attack followers of other religions when the opportunity arises. But even among these believers there are some people who see this world and life equally and love this nature. Some people believe that  human service is the real religion. 

All creatures have compassion for the universe. I have tried to understand and establish an exploration of spirituality in my heart now. I have started to look at the whole world with my life as a witness.  I have tried to free myself from sin. Even though I don’t understand Sanskrit as my father said, I have tried to assimilate the knowledge of Bhagavad Gita with the help of language translation. 

I have taken the path of spirituality by adopting positive thinking to purify my mind and soul.  There are many examples in the world where less educated people have shown greater research and invention  than most educated (certificate holders). Education can be obtained from school or college. 

But knowledge comes from the soul’s Spirit.  Knowledge is the ability to support life, while education (certificate) is only a means of earning a salary for some time. Then that is a piece of paper. I am not trying to insult an educated person. It is just that all educated people are not wise and good. An educated person has the ability to attain enlightenment quickly. 

But the pride of education has always tried to keep him away from enlightenment and wisdom. Therefore, the identity of an educated and knowledgeable person depends on his behavior. I have not tried to show philosophy at all. I am in the process of advancing on the path of spirituality as a small effort by including my intellect. 

I am  trying to understand and even the thoughts that I feel. I was gradually writing a column titled on the path of spirituality. There are definitely many weaknesses and  mistakes in this column. I will follow the advice and suggestions of the people.

• Spirituality

Spirituality is a concept with a very wide potential. Of course, Which made the big thing of feeling interconnection with ownself. Where people are forced to find meaning in life. The subject of spirituality is a universally accepted human experience. The people of the world are finally touched by this theme. Spiritual experience can also be interpreted as the interrelationship with the sacred transcendental depths of human life.

Spirituality is the subject of search for the universe and life in this vast form. Which is far from the matter. That which is beyond human, creature and plants, but also all these things are interrelated. People were going to a temple, church or masjid or going on pilgrimage or worshiping, all these things are religion and culture. That is not spirituality.  

It is true to follow spirituality that a person could not be bound by any religion. They are free, they love all humans,  creatures and nature without any hesitation. People are going to monasteries, churches, masjid and gurudwaras to pray even if they don’t have actual meaning of this. All these things are established as family culture. All people have the illusion of spirituality that exists within them.

Even those things are not revealed. People were confused not knowing yes or no. However, we are holding the view that following the prevailing religion makes us spiritual. We also believe that religious people are spiritual.  When dissatisfaction arises from material happiness, then we want to seek ultimate happiness, peace of mind. They want to seek themselves as “ who I am.” This earth is also made of atoms. Everything exists from a bunch of the smallest particles. In fact, the smallest particles are known as atoms. Everybodies knows each atom consists of a nucleus made of protons and neutrons orbited by electrons. We can say atoms are made up of these three smaller particles. It has unlimited power. Scientists have discovered the most mysterious and smallest particles. 

Scientists can only reveal the results that have taken place when that exists. Scientists were researching and studying physics and they explained the properties of largest and smallest physical objects, but they were surprised that this world is not just physical matter. 

They have been forced to accept that there is not only physics but also the identity of metaphysics. Metaphysics accept the cosmic power existing in this universe such as amazing beauty and uniqueness for the human being. What proposes all these mysterious things,  nobody knows  ?  How is the interrelationship between the material and living creatures connected ? 

The sky, the stars, moon and sun or these nine planets and  constellations, the air, were connected to its effects on  living beings and plants. All these things were run in systemic and interrelationship. How is it all managed ? Who is controlling and making its rules ?

Who is controlling and managing this universe ? No one can give the answer for these things. If there was nobody to lead in even a small family, that home would destroy family relations. Then this is the universe. If a bitter gourd grows on soil. It tastes bitter.  but oranges grow on the same soil that tastes sweet on it,  and pepper fruits grow on them. It tastes hot. 

Everybody knows that the soil is the same. Who has been making different tastes inside the fruit ?   Who injects all these sweet, bitter, hot things inside the different plant  fruits ? You never know bitter, sweet or spices when you touch these things. Why do we need to find out if taste depends on the tongue ?  science  cannot change their tastes. Science cannot make sweet bitter gourds. Science cannot make chilies sweet to chilli.  Science could not change their physical and chemical properties. 

Soil is the same but it gives different tastes for different fruit plants. For what purposes invent all these different seeds ? Who is putting the special quality inside the tiny seed that would be a different plant and fruits in future ? who make inventions these properties include inside the tiny seeds. Nobody can give the answer ?  

All the creatures that originated on the earth such as living beings, animals, birds, insects and plants. But all creatures have a special quality or properties even if they would be bound to interconnection with each other and the universe. How to hang all the planets in the sky ? Who balances the gravity power of each planet ?  

Who has maintained all these things ?  Why did I come to earth ? Who am I ? Some people tried to think about these things. Almost all mankind would finish their life with eating food, having sex, making children, collecting new luxurious and comfortable things in their whole life.

But some people are still living in this world who think about whole planets. They worried about saving nature and natural value. They think to make themselves happy for mankinds in this world. They want the stability of humanities all over the world. They worried about destroying the environment of the earth. They want to stop the end of destruction and encroachment on nature. They worry animals are suffering and will be extinct from the world. They don’t want to see hungry and miserable humans and animals. They are wishing everyone to be happy.

“सर्वे भवन्तु सुखिन: सर्वे सन्तु निरामया:। 

सर्वे भद्राणी पश्यन्तु मा कश्चिद्दु:खभाग्भावेत्”।  

It means : all living beings were happy and nobody suffered from miserable conditions . 

If men follow the path of spirituality that can become a great person. That kind of man who can assess the beauty of nature. That man understands the world and life. If man can love himself and others equally such a  person having a truth dwells in his heart. Who can feel the relationship with the soul and divine. 

That man always stands for truth and does not get upset under any circumstances. Who does not have feelings of pride, arrogance, jealousy, greed, high and low attitude. Even they do not desire respect from others. We can say that person was a spiritual man. 

So religion is not spiritual, but people who go to the temple, masjid, church, gumba, guruvara or religious places to worship are called spiritual. But these things are not facts. Religion is a sect. It is a social strong organization under religious faith. Here we made a man to god who broke the egg of religious faith.

People rightway make that person enter the world as god for a new religion. The Buddha was born in Hindu family as a prince and his rites were Hindu. But he broke the egg of hard covered Hinduism to apply by yoga sadhana. 

After that people were followed by  Buddha then his followers made him god and his new ideas and arguments were made as religion. Buddha was an enlightened person who was a free(mult) not bound to any religion. He refused to worship the statue of god. 

He never told their followers to make his statue and worship but today they did, which Buddha was not accepted. In the same way, Jesus broke the religious egg of Judaism and came out. That is he was freed from the so-called religion. The free man did not establish religion by tying a circle around someone in the name of religion. He protested against the exploitation in the name of religion. 

He sought religious liberation.  But society considered him as god and imprisoned  him in idols. The spiritual man is the one who can come out of the egg shaped bondage by searching for the truth. That person could be free from religion and caste boundaries. All these things are the difference between religion and spirituality.

• What is Dharma and Religion ?

A man naturally wants to seek knowledge about Dharma and  religion who wants to take the path of spirituality. That would be necessary. That’s why I tried to black and white in writing what I have learned from studying. There are many weak points in this. Sometimes I think that I would die without knowledge of most subjects in my life ! Many people have died neither knowing oneself nor understanding life and the universe. 

There are very few people who could understand what man has created in the world. So the universe is a big mysterious thing to know. However, the supernatural element created living beings and materials are bound in it and that power is automatically controlling and operating the lunar sun and planets through magnetic attraction. 

That supernatural divine is formless and omnipresent. Maybe some great philosopher could understand that ? I couldn’t dare say because It could be daredevil. If people understood Dharma as Hindu, Muslim, Bauddha, Christian, Jain and sikh ect. It will be meaningless. Dharma is not a denomination, religion or cult. Dharma are not hindu, buddhist, sikh, Christian, muslim, jewish, jain and others etc. All of these religion organizations have their own gods, whom they worship. Religion does not literally mean dharma. 

According to eastern philosophy, dharma is called qualitative quality of living and even material. Dharma may be hidden within religion, but Dharma cannot be divided nor can it be torn apart. Dharma is a great eternal belief, rites and spirituality. The interpretation of dharma began to change with time. People have succeeded in confusing the people by uttering the same words religion and Dharma. So the word Dharma began to be interpreted in conjunction with religions and sects. Thousands of years ago, our Rishi (explained dharma in this way. 

अद्रोह्श्चाअप्यलोभश्च दमोभुतदया तप:। ब्रह्मचर्य तथा सत्यमनुक्रोश: धृति :।।

Means: “not to be malice, betray, greedy, to subdue the senses, to be celibacy, to be merciful to the animal kingdom, to worship devotion, to be  on the path of truth, to hold the feeling of mercy and forgiveness.”

All these qualities must be accepted by a Dharmik person. Eastern philosophers said that it is the Dharma of mankind. In this way  eastern philosopher said that dharma is as cosmic order, dharma as a social order, dharma as ethical behavior, dharma as duty or responsibility, dharma as service to the community, dharma as self- expression, dharma as a means for Moksha,  

If any religion has to dominate mankind. They do not follow their religion. If they do violence to living beings. If they thought that we are great other than. If they thought we are superior other than religions. They did not establish Dharma. So Dharma is not a name like religion. It is a character. Muslim people described his religion as Majhub. That also means religion. So we can call religion a kind faith of tradition. 

Dharma is establishing human life as excellent, happy, joyful, peaceful, loving, true , kind and forgiving with balancing  to the natural laws. That is called dharma. These include the duties, rights, policies, law, truthful justice, manner of conduct, kindness and forgiveness, devotion, morality and other things that human beings have to follow. Dharma is a constitution of human civilization and culture that is disciplined in accordance with nature. 

If any dharma is used to humiliate, hurt, to human beings as the name of dalit and lower caste that is not a Dharma or religion. It is hypocrisy. It is not a Dharma that insults one god to another, which is universally accepted in the scriptures, but politics are involved in religions and they exploit human beings today. Dharma is that which brings the life of the human race to a higher level and promotes higher civilization. Dharma should respect and promote not only human beings but that entire animal kingdom and nature. Dharma has to lead where everyone is happy, loving, peaceful, truthful,  

असतो मा सद्गमय । तमसो मा ज्योतिर्गमय । मृत्योर् मामृतं गमय ।

Dharma is that which leads from “ falsehood to truth. darkness to lights. death to  immortality. 

सर्वे भवन्तु सुखिन: सर्वे सन्तु निरामया:।                                                                              सर्वे भद्राणी पश्यन्तु मा कश्चिद्दु:खभाग्भावेत् ।                                    

ओम् शान्ति: शान्ति : शान्ति :।। 

That is Vedic sanatan Dharma. Any object has its own nature and quality that elemental quality which is natural quality within itself. That is also literally called  dharma. Dharma is the essence of a person and an object. Dharma law of nature which is the interrelationship between the universe and the creatures. Dharma is the internal science within animals and objects. 

Dharma was searching for hidden rule regulation within the life cycle. Dharma is the internal law of the universe who can experience the innerlaw of life as an awakening of the spirit of “Vasudhaiva kutumb” बसुदैब कुटुम्बक’ that is called human Dharma. The Culture and spirituality were bounded by Dharma. Dharma is only one faith. 

So no one can be impartial. There are two ways of islamic religion as sia and sunni. Chiristians also have roman and protestant. Like this in Vedic sanatan (Hindu), sikh, jain, buddhists Shaiv, Bishnave, ram krishna  as well as many gods and goddesses. 

All these sects have been known as dharma. But we have to known all these are religions, even islam and christians. The word dharma is sanskrit that is why people could not find out the accurate meaning of dharma in english. So Vaidic Sanatan (Hindu) also known as hindu religion. Now it has been established. 

Western culture and language dominated eastern philosophy so vedic sanatan Dharma was forced to join as hinduism and now it has become a synonym. The word Dharma has now entered in politics. Islamic ruled India for centuries and the British (chirstians) ruled India for more than two hundred years. They were involved in destroying the eastern philosophy culture. 

They misused and destroyed eastern philosophy literature such as veda, puran, shastra. But some British rulers saved the eastern philosophy literature books. In this time Sanskrit shastra education started to be taught in London and German.The word Dharma is misused as religion took root in nations politics. 

There are some countries in the world where religious law is stronger than state law. Religious law can overturn the law of the state and most of islamic countries and few christian countries are affected. Most countries of the world have implemented regimes based on religion. Nepal was only one country of vaidic sanatan(Hindu) countries in the world; even people would be free to follow other religions. There were no religious laws. Nepal was a peaceful country. When new constitutions are announced with secularism, It works as poisonous in local communities. Even most countries follow religious laws in their state law.

The real meaning of secularism is not to discrimination to the people on the basis of religion in the law of the state. Secularism completely separated and out of role in the running of the state from religious institutions.

In fact, no more Hinduism remains in this world geography. Nepal was the first and last hinduism country on this planet by constitution. There was religious tolerance despite being a (vedic sanatan) hindu state. The state also supports followers of Buddhism, Islamism and christians. 

The state also supported monasteries, madrasa and missionaries. Hindu religious institutes never interfered with the laws of Nepal and court decisions. Finally Nepal has been made a secular country by foreign interests. 

People are falling into the minority in the world, being followers of  propaganda and money with bad intellects. We are full of hatred that has spread among us through misinterpreting religious rituals and understanding in the name of religion.

Vaidic Rishi sage muni explained that the meaning of Dharma is joyful, peaceful, happy, loving, truthful, kindness, forgiveness and love of the animal kingdom to the human race. It is sad for us to ridicule Dharma without understanding its true meaning.

In fact, it is not necessary to give a long explanation of Dharma. The  root of an object for Dharma expresses its  power and virtue. If mankind fulfills his duty faithfully, it can be said that is his Dharma. The religions Islam, christians, jain, buddhism, sikhs, Baishnav, and many other sects are not a meaning of dharmas, it is partial things of Dharma. 

Dharma is a greater philosophy above the religion. We can find partial Dharma in the bag of each religion. You can not find any religions and sects in the bag of Dharma. That is why Dharma is so Great.  All these religions and sects, philosophies even atheism originated from dharma. It has been fragmented from dharma. Therefore according to the interpretation of dharma it is a warehouse of the universe while all religions and sects are retail stores. I understood about dharma like this.

•  Hindu Dharma (Vedic sanatan)

How did Vedic dharma come to be established as Hinduism ? Infact, Hindu Dharma is not  Hindu. Hindu Dharma is the Vedic sanatan Dharm. There was no book of Dharma and Religions on the earth before Vedas.  Many upanishads were created from Vedas to make it easier.  Therefore Vedic Sanatan Dharma is the original Dharma which is the only one in the earth. According Vedic Dharma all religions were created from Vedas.  Now all people know it as Hindu dharma. Hindu people believe in the vedic religion. This Dharma is called as Vedic sanatan dharma. This Dharma is the oldest and first religion on the earth. This Dharma was established when human civilization developed on the earth. Vedic Sanatan Dharma is established thousands of years earlier than all of the religions. Nobody is known as Vedic Sanatan Dharma. But all people know the Hindu religion. 

We have no choice to write other than Hindu, when the international job market and traveling documents should have enclosed the religion on the form. In Vedic sanatan Dharma’s scriptures defined Dharma as a practice of human charity, chanting, forgiveness, grace, devotion, adoration, celibacy ,  angerlessness, greedy lessness. They are the characters of vedic sanatan Dharma.

All religions are like rivers but Vedic sanatan is the ocean. If mankind wants to be satisfied with spiritual life. They would reach the way toward the Vedic sanatan. Most religions spent a lot of money to spread their religions. But nothing spent motivation toward the Vedic sanatan, still this dharma is touching the human heart. Even western men started to follow and  research. 

Millions of people are embracing Hindu sanatan Dharma, most of the saints and sages in all religious sects want to see the desire for enlightenment and nearness of God. As for the attainment of God, The sect  is vague and incomplete as for the attainment of God. There is no way without coming into the Vedic sanatan (Hindu) as  science of religion.  That’s what those people say That  other religions in the world are called religions, not actual Dharma. 

The meaning of religion is “the belief in and worship of a superhuman controlling power, especially a personal God or gods”  Therefore they said. So all these religions are religious sects, the community in which they believe God is worshiped.

The religion of monotheism was developed by the ancestors of Israel 500 years before Christ. Which is called Judaism… Christianity began in the first century after Jesus’ death. Jesus was also a Jewish teacher and healer. Who declared the world to be God’s empire. He was crucified between 30 and 33 in the first century.. He was Jewish before that. Islam is believed to have originated in Mecca, Medina, 600 BC, in the seventh century.

The Qur’an was written in 610 BC. The angel Gabriel appeared and recited the Quran to Muhammad Giving this all a quick read. It seems we are pretty much understanding islam and christianity developed from the base of  jewish religion. Even these religions became divided. Orthodox Judaism (Jewish) and Conservative Judaism. Similarly, Christians were divided into Protestantism, Orthodoxism and others. Similarly, Muslims are also divided into Shia and Sunni. 

Similarly, there are hundreds of sects close to our Vedic religion, Buddhism, Jainism, Vaishnavism, Shaivism and its branches as their Gurus.

Our ancestors Rishi Muni considered the world our own family and they said thousands of years ago. 

अयं निजः परो वेति गणना लघु चेतसाम् |

उदारचरितानां तु वसुधैव कुटुम्बकम् |

Meaning of this sentence is: There is such a kind of man who has narrow thoughts  like this is mine and that is yours. But some people with generous thoughts say that the world is one family. Now everyone has accepted that the world is a global village. After a while, all the people will say that this earth is equal to all living beings. It is my belief that a person or creature has the right to say that this is my earth.

धारणात् धर्ममित्याहुः धर्मो धारयति प्रजाः।  

यः स्यात् धारणसंयुक्तः स धर्म यति निश्चयः।।

Dharma is the only one on this planet. Above sanskrit sentences gave the meaning of the Dharma is that do not revel, do not covet greedy, to be celibacy, to be kindness for whole animal kinds, mercy for animal kinds, involving worship with devotion, follow the path of truth and hold the feeling of mercy and forgiveness,  Such as dharma holds its  followers without discrimination, That has ability to keep own followers in one thread. Of course it is the same  as Dharma. That was the scriptures explaining Dharma.  The riots that are going on in the name of religions in the world. Most people blamed Dharma but it is not so. But it is happening due to  religious politics. It is just a vicious cycle of hypocrites who boast of being great in the name of religion. That is my opening.

यतो अभ्युदय निः श्रेयस सिद्धिः सः धर्मः

It means: Dharma is to attain prosperity in this life and to attain salvation in future life. Progress is definitely natural science but salvation is a Dharma. The above version told us that human beings can be improved if we could balance science and Dharma. We can describe if science supports the save of human beings on this planet, salvation is the goal of  dharma. According to these  verses If we live with balanced science and Dharma, Human life can be improved and developed. If Science saves and keeps people on the planet, but Karma/dharma decides to accept  or reject people from the world. How did our vedic Sanatan dharma become Hinduism ? 

Arabies people had been trading with india since immemorial time. They purchase herbs, spices, diamonds, clothes, silk, gold and silver from india. They used to trade in Europe through the Sindhu valley. There were more than a hundred countries in the Indian continental. Indian people never know India is a country.  Indian continental cover the more than hundred small countries in India and including Pakistan, Bhutan, Bangladesh, and nepal. British never couldn’t make colonization to Nepal, Gorkha was very brave they couldn’t take over nepalese soldiers, but large part of land of Nepal taking with diplomatic way, that called “Sugauli Treaty”.  British was return from India but they did not return the land of Nepal which undertaking “Sugauli Treaty”

Main sources of sindhu river from Shindu valley. Sindhu valley was the main national border check post of the Indian continental. Arabies, European, and even English people called  the Indus their resident people.  Then they started calling this country India. In the course of trade, Muslim mughals ruled India for a hundred years. It was named Hindustan as it is the country of Hindus. Mugal and British governments used to dominate and discriminate against words like Indian. At that time,  in the Oxford Dictionary – 1900 century at Page no. in 789,  it was written that the Indian word means Poor – Old fashioned – Criminal people. They used to word hindu as the dominant word for indian.  The British ruled India as the name of an East India company for more than 200 years. 

It is also argued, they have named our Vedic Sanatan Dharma’s name as  Hindu religion. There was no protest from vedic sanatan dharma’s followers at that time. It was automatically established in the name of Hinduism by the people of the Indian continental other than Muslim and christians. One of indian man swatantra Savakar taking credit for naming him for hindu religion. He even wrote such verses in sanskrit.

असिन्धू सिन्धू पर्यन्ता यस्य भारत भूमिका  ।

पितृ भूःपुण्यभूश्चैव स वै हिन्दुरितीस्मृतः।।

It means : The land from Himalaya  (the source of river Sindhu ) to the Indian oceans, which was called Indian continental in ancient vedic time, They consider that land as holy place and fatherland/ motherland. Those who live there are called Hindus. 

What exactly is the essence of the so-called Hindu religion ?

I found it from several sources, I tried to explain what I understand. There are four basic pillars.which is also called the four rituals.

1. Purushartha (four human pursuit) a) dharma b) Arth (economic) c)  Kam (deep extensive desire, ego, sensuality)  d) Moksha (freedom from rebirth)
2. Ashram vyavastha (four age-based life stages)             a) brahmacharya ( student) b) grihastha( householder) c) Vanprastha ( freedom from family responses) d) Sanyas ( renunciation) 

3.Varna vyavastha (four social classes/ cast) Varna contextually means “color, race, tribe, species, kind, sort, nature, character, quality, property” of an object or people in some Vedic and medieval texts. Varna refers to four social classes in the Manusmriti.

4. Rin vyavastha (loan/credit like responsible  arrangement) a) Dev rin (loan/credit of god) b) guru (rishi)rin ( credit of teacher)  c) pitri Rin ( loan/credit of parents ) d) Lok tatha manav Rin (social responsible )

These four pillars  stand up on the base of four Vedas. Vedic Sanatan Dharm had been the existence and establishment of these four Vedas. These four vedas are holy script books.

1. a) yajurved – this related with religious ritual ceremonial
2. b) Sam Veda ( related literacy, melody  chanting and singing lyrics ) 
3. C) rig veda ( hymns about mythology)
4. d) Atharva veda (“the procedures for everyday vedic art life architecture)

And four mind conscience:  a) man ( mind) b) budhdi ( intelligence) c)chitta ( heart) , d) Ahankar (ego) 

Now I am describing these things.

• Purusharth (

1. a) Dharma :  You have to follow, performing your own duty and  toward the path of salvation with knowing yourself, Dharma and self deeds. You have to pray and meditate on the supreme being and formless god through the following rules of Yam, rule regulation, Asan, pranayama and pratyahara. Achieving Dharma is also a kind of Purusharth (goal).
2. b) Arth (economic) : we have  to win the sorrowful life  to achieve material happiness. Let’s do such deeds that can earn money. Money is the most important thing to sustain life.  So Artha is very essential to achieve happiness and prosperity. Artha is also the goal of life or Purusartha.
3. c) Kam: (deep extensive desire, ego, sensuality) : whatever every kind of extreme desire and greed to get happiness and sexual fulfillment, all these things are kam. If you’re doing as you desire, you would be in hell. You have to fulfill your desire within your Dharma, social and family rule regulation. Otherwise it will damage your life. 
4. d) Moksha (freedom from rebirth) : Moksha means a liberation from the material life. It is called samadhi in Yoga and nirvana in Buddhism. This is self realization and enlightenment. Who have attained salvation were called Ishwar,  Buddha man( who is enlightened) as a  bhagavan. 

1. Ashram vyavastha (four age-based life stages) 

According to the scriptures, humans got a hundred years of life blessing from  god. Rishi (sages) or senior people gave blessings to the junior people as a blessing.  “ जीवेम शरदः शतम्” It means blessing given  to live for  100 years. In this ashram Byavastha applied to suppose human life is 100 years. They are divided into four stages of life. Every stage 25/25 years is as arranged. Which are as follow : a) Brahmacharya b) Grihastha c) Vanprastha d) sannyasa

1. a) Brahmacharya Ashram: Brahmacharya means walking to understand Brahma (god). When a  boy’s  age reaches seven years, parents send the Gurukul to acquire education/knowledge for  life.  when they wear Yagyopavit janai (as hindu ritual). Gurukul  was an ancient residential school to get higher education and acquire useful knowledge for life. The brahmacharya ashram is the age of up to 25 years for gaining strength, intellect and knowledge. Nobody was in the cast before Brahmacharya at that time. 

Teacher guru selected the student in four categories. If the  students are talented and interested to read, write and understand veda and upanishad. These types of students were selected in the brahmin group. If the students are strong, brave, and have leading power. who wants to know and interested in the skill of diplomacy, fighting and Dhanurvidya. These  students were selected in the Kshetriya group. They were taught  political sciences. 

If students are interested in loss and profit and want to benefit from others. These students are in the Vaishya group. They were taught trade and business management. If students were not interested in the above things. They were taught technical training education like  instrumental music, crafts, tallering, making daily goods for all students and socially useful wooden, metal goods. 

All these students were in the sudra group. In summary, it is a student life that acquires knowledge for 25 years of initial life. According to eastern philosophy, students came out from gurukul. They had four types of quality and ability. Like Brahmin, Kshetriya, vaishya and shudra . Actually these were educational degrees of Gurukul.  When they came to grihastha life they applied their knowledge for their life and their society.  In this way, In  hindu sanatan dharma has started a caste system. 

1. b) grihastha( householder) : 

When a child finished their brahmacharya period, they return back home being  educated for life. They would pay guru dakshina( FEE) to their guru. They were taking responsibilities when they got married. They have to fulfill responsibilities according to their religious beliefs. They enjoy and follow as doing Purushartha which one described above.

1. c) Vanprastha ( freedom from family responses) : 

 When a person reaches the age of 50. They are freed from the burden of active household life.  They could spend their life in public service, social services called Vanprastha. In this religion narrated to do religious services, worship and pilgrimage. They have to share their knowledge and experiences  with social help. Vanpratha is a way of getting out of family behavior. The age of 50 to 75 years period is  Vanprastha Ashram. It does not mean entering the forest. 

75. d) Sanyas (renunciation of material things) : When a person reaches the age of 75. It is time to renounce all attachments till the end of life. They take refuge in God to attain salvation by taking the form of Sanyas. Sannyas is the stage to dedicate oneself completely to the spiritual devotee of god.

**** Now in our hindu society these ashram are fragmented. They are displacing Gurukul and establishing a modern English boarding school. There, teachers are not taught about moral science and social and family responsibility. We are forcely pushing our children toward the western culture. Afterall, they did not take responsibility for us and we are saying that they  have forgotten our culture. ( In western culture senior people are supported and taken responsibilities from the government. But in eastern culture they have to take all the responsibilities to take care of their  parents. That was a religious duty of their child(son). Even now, they start married life after finishing their education  and stand on themself. It is near the Brahmacharya ashram. 

Today’s modern life, it is almost impossible to retire from family responsibilities at 50 years of age. According to our traditions, Vanprastha Ashram has become a history. But somewhere we can see. We have a lot of sannyas in society. But actually they did not follow our religious rules. They called themselves  Child Brahmachari sannyas. They think I am an enlightened person as god. They are seated as kings in their Shinhashan. Some Sanyas Mathadhish were occupying a large religious property with security. Sanayas have many beautiful maids for celibacy. They take recreation advantage from Sanyasini. There are several examples of Sanyasi(abbots), who are imprisoned due to sexually abusing their female devotees. That is very shameful for Hindu followers.  

But I know two venerable Sannyas in Nepal. They increases importances of Hinduism and the values of Sannyas.  That name was Khaptad Swami and Naraharinath. They were versed in scriptures and moral character. They lived their life without accumulating  any wealth. They share with the people what they are earning Dharmik knowledge. There were no guards behind them, nor did they have any fear. 

Whether  saint or leaders who commit immoral acts they can not dare to walk without security. Why do Saiyans need protection ?  even if they gave up everything according to our religion. If they  have really done politics for the happiness of the people, then why do they need his protection? Such imposter persons are also in our society. Now Vanprasth and Sanyas Ashram have almost been removed from our religious society.

• Varna vyavastha (four social classes/ cast system) 

Varna contextually means color, race, tribe, species, kind, sort, nature, devanagari alphabet character, quality, property of an object or people in some Vedic and medieval texts. Varna refers to four social classes in the Manusmriti. The varna is said to have originated from sanskrit toot Vri, which means business. The Vedas do not divide human beings into castes. Varna can have many meanings such as the devanagari alphabet is also called Varna. The color of a person is also called varna. Varna has been termed as castes in Hinduism. The varna Vyavastha so called caste system needs to be understood as a character of life in our Sanatana Dharma. 

• Brahman

शमो दमस्तपः शौचं क्षान्तिरार्जवमेव च ।                                             ज्ञानं विज्ञानमास्तिक्यं ब्रह्मकर्म स्वभावजम् ।।४२।।)

भगवद्गीता  ( १८ ।।४२।।)

In Bhagavad gita said by lord Shree krishna such as Peacefulness, self-control, austerity, purity, tolerance, honesty, knowledge, wisdom, and religiousness- these are the natural qualities by which the brahmanas work.In this way, Lord Krishna explained the limit of being a Brahmans on the basis of merit and karma.

• Kshetriya 

शौर्यं तेजो धृतीर्दाक्ष्यं युध्दे चाप्यपलायनम् । दानमिश्वरभावश्च क्षात्रं कर्म स्वभावजम् ।।४३ ।। भगवद्गीता  ( १८ ।।४३।।)

In Bhagavad gita said by lord Shree krishna such as Heroism, power, determination, resourcefulness, courage in battle, generosity and leadership are the natural qualities of work for the kshatriyas. A class of such  braves who have courage in battle was established in the society of that time. They were able to conquer the land of the original Adivasi by taking the same class in their hands and there is a history of those who were included in the Kshatriya class with royal values ​​at that time.

1. c) vaishya

कृषि गौरक्ष्यवाणीज्यं वैश्य कर्म स्वभाजनम् ।

In Bhagavad gita said by lord Shree krishna such as  Farming, cow protection and business are the natural work for the vaishya. Naturally, a person who engages in these professions. We can call it Vaishya.

1. d) Shudra 

परिचर्यात्मकं कर्म शूद्रस्यापि स्वभावजम् ।

भगवद्गीता  ( १८ ।।४४।)

In Bhagavad gita said by lord Shree krishna such as, There was labor and giving services to the others. They are naturally in Sudras.  

 It can be known from the history established by the Hindus in the caste system by breaking the caste from the nature of merit as karma. But  crafty people make it the basis  of their birth. But later, during the rise and development of Buddhism and Jainism, the caste system underwent great changes. In this religion, there is an attempt to eradicate discrimination between people.  Varna has been termed as castes in Hinduism. The varna Vyavastha so called caste system needs to be understood as a character of life in our Sanatana Dharma. According to the Veda, no one is untouchable or dalit. All creatures, including humans are children of god. So everyone is the same. Discrimination on the basis of birth and caste is a demonic tendency .

According to the Bhagavad Gita, Lord shree Krishna is defined as The Varna( four caste) on the basis of human’s karma, the natural qualities  and the life-style. he embraces. Here I find the message that no caste is lower or higher. I have not been able to find anything like untouchables and dalits anywhere in the Bhagavad Gita.  Lord Krishna says that all human beings or any creature are my children.

Lord Shree Krishna has said like this  

ब्राह्मणक्षत्रीयविशां शूद्राणां च परन्तप ।

कर्माणि प्रविभक्तानि स्वभावप्रभवैर्गुणै:।।४१।।

श्रीमद्भगवद्गीता  १८ /४१ 

It means Brhamans, kshatriyas, vaishyas and shudras are distinguished by the quality of being born of their own natures according to the material modes. According to the Bhagavad Gita, Lord Krishna is said to have divided human beings into these four castes on the basis of human nature of qualities.  

According to the Bhagavad Gita, Lord Krishna is said to have divided human beings into Brahmins, Kshatriyas, Vaishyas and Shudras on the basis of human qualities of nature. Who has received knowledge of education and they work to provide education. If their knowledge/ research would benefit the society. That is karma of brahmin. So the wise men were respected like a brahm(god) to the brahman. Who are brave and could lead the common man and be  responsible for security for common people. That person’s nature is kshetriya. 

Some people choose trade, farming, and other industrial professions by their nature. That person is Vaishya. Some people are naturally not interested in studies and taking any profession. Finally they are being a skilled or unskilled worker. Those who make a living as a working class are called Shudra. They are doing it for others. All these classes are due to their natural qualities. There are neighboring brahmin families in my village.  He had four sons. The elder son has become a professor after finishing his studies. Another second son became a police officer. Another 3rd son started a business and he became a businessman. Last one son was not catching the above professionals like his brothers. The last son was helping others, not doing own business and job. Finally that person became as hepler/ worker in his whole life. Seeing this, it can be believed that  caste is not the basis of human birth.

So no one can be higher and lower caste on the basis of birth. Man establishes his class on the basis of Karma. Saying class and saying Varna is the same thing. There are classes all over the world. Class discrimination seems to be everywher even laws not supporting to these things. Discrimonation still has not been removed from the United states of America on the basis of colors in practice. Still American Black citizen fighting for discrimination on their life matters. Untouchability has been legally removed from Nepal and India fifty year ago  but in practice it has not been removed. There is no evidence in Bhagavad gita which caste is untouchable ? There is no written shudra in untouchable caste. There is no such as untouchability.Although caste was classified by the nature of human beings at that time. But it seems that the caste system was established on the basis of birth. According to the Bhagavad Gita, Lord Krishna is said to have divided human beings into Brahmins, Kshatriyas, Vaishyas and Shudras on the basis of human nature and qualities.There is evidence which caste is higher in Bhagavad gita. There is no evidence that Shudra is a lower and  untouchable caste. There was no such thing as untouchability. There might  be no caste system on the basis of birth and caste may be classified on the basis of human nature. But later Brahmin Kshatriyas and Vaishyas may have made Shudras untouchable and Dalit.

पितामह जगतो माता धाता पितामह ।

वेद्यन् पवित्रमोङ्कार ऋक्साम यजुरेव च ।।९/१७ 

 Meaning: “I am the father of this universe, the mother, the support, and the grandsire. I am the object of knowledge, the purifier and the syllable om. I am also the Rk, the Sama, and the Yajur [Vedas].”

***Lord Krishna has said that I am the father of this universe. Therefore, no human being can be untouchable and small caste. Shudra is not untouchable in four verses. This is a tradition followed by the crafty people of the society.

ब्राह्मणोस्य मुखमासीत्ः बाहू राजन्यः कृतः ।

उरू तदस्य यद्वैश्यः, पद्भ्यां शूद्रो अजायत ।। 

(ऋग्वेद संहिता, मण्डल १०, सूक्त ९०, ऋचा १२)

According to this verse, Brahman is born from the mouth of God, Kshatriya from the arm, Vaishya from the thigh and Shudra from the foot. That means. You have to be able to explain it this way. The face of the Supreme Being of creation was Brahmin, his arms were Kshatriya, his legs were Vaishya and his feet were Shudra. Like this way Brahm( God) originated. In the absence of one of them, even Brahmaji cannot stand. So these four characters are the form of God. That means. The human body can also be divided into four characters. Speech originates from the mouth. That is Brahman. The arm is the instrument of strength. The middle part is the abdomen, the chest, and the legs and feet. It fulfilled their requirements and nourished them. That is why It is customary to bow down on their feet for our respectable parents and teachers. Those who nurtured the upper class. They were the ancestral artists, craftsmen, technicians and working class of the then society. I think that by exploiting the labor of the working class but gradually the crafty clever  class has established it as a slave. 

Now another religious verse is like this.

“जन्मना जायते शूद्रः, संस्काराद् द्विज उच्यते। 

  मनुस्मृित 

It means: All human beings are born as Shudras. All human beings are born as Shudras. The intention is that his education and good culture becomes high, that is, nature, knowledge and ability establish high Varna only by doing deeds. Therefore, it can be said with certainty that education and knowledge puts people in a higher position. if there is no knowledge and education that one has to live as a labor class, and that class is downtrodden.

There was no caste system in the early stages of the Rig Veda. There were only two classes ,  Arya and Anarya. Anarya were kept as slaves after conquering. Only three caste systems were seen before. When these Anarya were also included in the as a Shudra. Anarya’s skill and knowledge were used to serve the welfare of all Aryan. As it is included after that three castes. It is said that it is mentioned at the end. However, Manusmriti, this is because of ethnic division. It is said that the caste system mentioned in this Manusmriti has fragmented and weakened the Hindu society. 

 We can’t see in Veda, Shudras is untouchable dalit. The word  Shudra is not even mentioned in the lower caste. It is not a lower caste that has fallen while writing in the caste order.This sequence can also be written from bottom to top. The side and the tip are the same. The tip on your side is the back side, and if you go to the side and stand on the same side, the tip is on that side. The Vedantas also say that it is not written anywhere in the Vedas that Shudras and women should not read and listen to the Vedas. 

I don’t think there was any caste system before that. The Shudras were skilled in technical work. He knew all the clothes, shoes, sewing, weaving, jewelry, wooden objects, house building that human beings need. Earlier, they were also given respect. The main leader of Vishwakarma is recognized as God. The construction of all the Hindu temples was done by them. The upper class took over their skills in society. It seems that these shudras came only to workers. It is necessary to understand that the caste system is the profession for life surviving  in our Sanatan Dharma. According to the scriptures, no one is untouchable or dalit. All creatures, including humans, are children of God. So everyone is the same. Discrimination on the basis of birth and caste is a demonic tendency. There are four types of classes in any state or society. Academic class, administrative class, business class and working class. These also have different levels and positions. Any country is run by these four classes.

The working class makes a living by taking the wages of services from productions, technical work/labor work. The working class are victims as dalit and untouchable in the society due to traditional conservatism. The state laws are also  not supported. The most stigmatized system of Hinduism is the caste system.

Varnashrama is one of the most controversial systems in Hinduism. The most stigmatized system of Hinduism is the caste system. If God created humans, why the discrimination ? If god created humans, does he make his children some higher caste  or  lower caste ? Some are untouchable and some are Brahma ? 

Even though hindu scriptures do not call them untouchables and dalits. But the followers of Hinduism treat Shudras as dalits and to make them untouchable in the society. even  in the Vedic religion, it is mentioned. Now as the consciousness of the society is gradually increasing and all the people are getting educated, they are coming to know that people have not been made dalits in the scriptures. 

The conservative tradition is still alive in the society. Everyone must be educated to eradicate this system. But in hindu society, those who take advantage of power and politics want to perpetuate racial discrimination. But now we find that it is being limited to illiterate orthodoxy. Some hypocrites in society want to maintain the untouchability system, due to fearing their power will be broken. It will run till  people’s lack of education. Even which is a crime and punishable from humanity and legal point of view. The caste system has become the most stigmatized system of Hinduism.

Suggestion for eradication of untouchable caste. 1. They have to change their surname by replacing their fathers first name. 2. In hindu scriptures written all humans are children of Rishi(saga). If all dalit take the surname of Rishi’s name as gotra. nobody could find out who is dalit. It is possible to get rid of the stigma of being untouchable. Hindus have accepted Buddha as their God, they can get rid of the stigma of Dalits and untouchables in the society by entering Buddhism and having a Buddhist religious last name. Nowadays, it is punishable for anyone to behave untouchably. It is a great shame to live happily as untouchables and dalits and to be despised as untouchables. It is very important to find a way to retaliate and find a solution. Otherwise this class will be forced to convert to another religion.

Debt system :

 : When a human being is born, he has some responsibilities. It is said in this Hindu religion that man remains in debt until he fulfills them.

 There are also four types. a. God debt b. rishi/ Guru loan c. Father Debt d. Human Debt

1. a) God debt:: Nobody cannot be born a human being in this world without receiving divine grace. Therefore humans are always indebted to God. Therefore, in order to repay this debt, humans have to nurture oneself without committing any crime. they  should always observe virtue, worship God, perform sacrifices and do good deeds. If this is done, the debt can be repaid. Atheism towards God, immoral deeds, suffering of general people cannot be freed from this debt. 
2. Guru/Rishi Loan: To make oneself pure in character, to study the Vedas, Upanishads, Bhagavad Gita, to teach the related scriptures to others. Sage/rishi  loan is Guru loan. The debt of education taken from Guru/own scriptures, or from one’s own guru, can only be repaid by teaching others.

•  Paternal Debt Introduction to society begins with the father’s name. Having the means to provide for one’s upbringing, being the chief protector and being born from one’s father’s seed, this debt must be paid by the offspring. This debt is associated with ancestral, descendant-clan religion. As long as one lives to pay off this debt, one can be freed by serving one’s parents with love and offering shraddha after death.

• Public and human debt: It can be freed from public debt by serving the miserable, miserable poor and hungry in the society.

***According to Vedic Sanatan, it is felt that there was a woman-dominated society in the past. It is found that the name of a woman is written before the name of a man. Such as Sitaram, Radhakrishna, Laxminarayan, Devidevata, but during the reproductive period, when the woman is physically disabled. Then the men pushed them back. In Hinduism, it has been explained that paternal debt is the most stringent payment, but it does not seem to give much importance to maternal debt. While the mother plays an important role in raising the child.

The quality of Specialties of hindu Vedic wisdom:

1. Calculation of Time: Aryabhata is considered to be the father of astrology in the calculation of time. He invented zero. Its value when used before and after. At present there are 365 days in a year. Seven days a week, 24 hours a day, lunar eclipse, solar eclipse, date 12 months and nine planets in the name of the constellation zodiac was calculated thousands of years ago without a calendar without a calculator hundreds of years later.

2. Ayurveda treatment

In the Vedas, in order to keep human beings healthy, a method of treatment has been developed from the herbs in one’s own yard and forest. Principles of Ayurveda like Charak Samhita, Sushruta Samhita were composed. Therapeutic drugs were made. How was his research possible without any lab and microscope? Maharshi  Sushruta innovates human surgery.  

3. Yoga Sutras and Meditation:

Sage Patanjali composed Sanskrit commentary and grammar. Yoga sutras were created to maintain the physical and mental health of human beings. For a long time no one embraced this school and when the West understood the scientific nature of Yoga Sutras and its need in human life. Now it has become famous all over the world. Only then did the search for Hinduism begin.

4. Science research and development

Sage Acharya Bharadwaj did research for the development of aircraft. Aeronautics was written. After studying aeronautics, Shivakar Babu Dalpatal of India flew the aircraft eight years before the Wright Brothers. The method was given to the British to recognize Shivakar Babu. Due to which his name could not come forward. For this reason, we find that the West is engaged in research in the scientific field of Hinduism. Acharya  Kanad innovative structure of atoms. Bhaskaracharya invented the gravity of the planet. Baudyan invented pythagoras pramey. Nagarjun invented metal and chemicals. 

5. Acceptance as Family  :

Hindus consider all the humans and creatures on the planet as their family. No matter what religion they belong to, no matter what country they belong to. Everyone thinks on their own. This is the most ideal thing. Due to this, people of different religions have infiltrated the Hindu society and converted. Deficits have certainly been incurred but this feature has been accepted by Hinduism.

6. Worship of God by fasting:

In this religion, it is customary to fast on Ekadashi day. This is a great feature of the religion. Fasting twice a month destroys the disorders in the body. Which prevents people from getting some diseases like sugar and blood pressure.

**** Sanskrit is the original language of Hinduism. Sanskrit is also called Devvani. Because of the complexity of the language, not everyone was able to learn it. At that time, India was very developed and prosperous. So the Arabs had their eyes on this country. Gradually, the Mughal Empire began to rule India. Due to which the science developed in Hinduism could not move forward. Hindu scholars were massacred. Books of research done by Hindus, Vedas, Upanishads and books of language and literature were destroyed. Some scriptures were taken abroad. when the British ruled. The British left Hindustan and Hindu culture in ruins. Even then, Hindus could not modernize literature, religion and science. By narrowing down the giants within this religion, it is as clear that mugal and British  dominate. However, children raised in this Hindu culture are able to compete with people from any country.

4. Humanity and human religion

Humanity is the natural quality of human beings, kindness, love, compassion, altruistic emotional sensitivity. There are many religions in the world today and they all say that their religion is the best. We are witnessing many incidents of them committing atrocities against different religions or castes or followers. 

When people rise above the hypocrisy of religion and see all human beings as the same, and show them kindness, compassion and benevolence towards them without prejudice, and serve them unconditionally, that is human service. That is humanity.

That is why it can be called human religion. The Greek philosopher Pythagoras said: humans are the intellectual than all other living things. That is, man is the center of the intellectual world. If there is no humanity in any of the philosophers in the world, then the philosopher has no meaning. The ideology that preceded the French Revolution. There was more emphasis on humanity. 

The French philosopher Auguste Comte began to take humanity as a religion by discussing the religion of humanity in his book Positive philosophy.

In which he has said: There is no benefit in searching for the basic elements of creation. It is inaccessible, incomprehensible. On the basis of this, the primitive people simply began to consider the trees, mountains, fire, wind and water as gods. This idea is called theological. But later, when he was not satisfied with this, he became supernatural in any substance.  His thought is called metaphysics theory. He studied sociology from all points of view and composed sociology and came to the conclusion that the ultimate religion of man is to always strive for the welfare of all human beings with love. He wrote sociology by studying society from all angles and came to the conclusion that his humanitarians value humanity more than any other religion by having love for all human beings. The minimum basic needs of human beings to survive must be fulfilled and their wishes must be fulfilled.

Only humanists are looking for ways to make human life happier. Even if humanists do not believe in supernatural things and divine existence and reincarnation, accepting human service as a religion can be considered positive. 

World-renowned philosophers such as Plato, Aristotle, Socrates, Voltaire, Marcus Engel, Confucius, Lao Tzu, whether in Buddhism or in various political philosophies, have explored democracy,  democracy or socialist system. That is, no matter how many achievements have been made from scientific research. 

All these are done for the convenience of human beings. However, humanity could not be established as a human religion. In today’s world, due to the arrogance of the rulers of big states, the poor people of small countries are forced to bear the horrors of war. 

In today’s world there is no one to support humanity. Ism is trapped in the bondage of their ism. When people get caught up in doctrine. In the name of that doctrine, they automatically become a participant in all unholy and evil deeds. People cannot speak the truth for fear of leaving the political party organization, nor can they oppose evil deeds. That means accepting it. 

Binding your free will. The whole crime committed in the name of that doctrine is also to accept the unholy inhuman vicious cycle. In this way, people have become enslaved by following the doctrine. People’s greed, sin and fear cannot dare to live without being bound by any doctrine or so-called doctrine. It is enough to surrender one’s freedom within the cage of one’s free expression. Whether it is any religion or political party. Political parties or religious sects have become mere institutions to subjugate people’s free and pure natural feelings by imposing various ideas and doctrines on them. 

These organizations have created enmity among human beings in the name of caste, religion and doctrine by creating strife and jealousy by fighting among themselves and creating a place for them to acquire wealth for the welfare of a limited number of people. Who has taken advantage. He knows this but not everyone has been able to take advantage of it, only to become their scapegoat. they  did not meditate for a minute. 

They walk without thinking. Thus, humanity is disappearing among people. There is no such country in the world today. Where there is no conflict between religion and doctrine. Thus, they are ready to die and be killed by the conflict of religion and doctrine. Religions and doctrines are used by hypocrites to make money. Everyone has given up of humanity. 

In today’s world, the issue of human rights is rising strongly. But the same human rights organization has become an arena for the interests of the government and political parties. Human rights seem to be more interested in how to facilitate criminals than in how to prevent them from happening. It is felt that these organizations have worked to save and protect the bigwigs. When the courts sell their judgment upon the basics of what criminals pay and acquit the criminals, humanity is lacking even in that area.

When courts acquit criminals, judges are involved in  bribery for money.  Today the place of charity is taken by arrogance, the place of service is taken by selfish means, the place of duty is taken by deceit, the place of devotion is taken by conceit, the place of market is taken by black market. Day by day, people’s morals are declining. Thus, there is a lack of humanity among the people.

They are taking advantage of someone’s weaknesses. They exploit others instand to help them selflessly in times of calamity. The United state allocates 700 billions $ annually to the Department of Military Resources and Defense for the war. In other words, 7 trillion dollars is about 84 trillion Nepali rupees. More than 2 trillion $ is spent on war all over the  world.

 The United States alone spends more than 41 percent of the world’s security and military spending. All over the world, so much money is spent on security and munitions. But millions of people in the world are starving. There are unique human problems, including hunger, disease, poverty, illiteracy, and unemployment. However, the leaders of any country do not seem to be thinking in this direction. Everyone wants to have their own empire.

The voice that there should be no war in the world is so suppressed that that voice is being drowned in the abyss. It has only become the voice of some philosophers and scholars. I see that only today’s leaders have succeeded in creating a vote bank by showing the fear of war to the common people. They reached the place of the state revenue fund. And they corrupt state money through legal paperwork. It can be clearly seen that the leaders of many nations are moving towards realization of their selfish interests by fighting among castes, rioting among the followers of different religions.

Humanity is disappearing from the face of the earth with the practice of forcibly waging war on the problem-ridden countries due to encroachment on nature and exploitation of human beings. The expectation of being treated as a human being has reached a stage where people cannot even imagine. Although some philosophers have tried to establish that humanity is human religion, it has not been able to replace religion. As long as greed and sin exist in the world, humanism cannot be established. 

As long as spiritual thinking cannot be developed in man or If man is not spiritual. They could not do human service without spirituality.  Humanity does not awaken without spirituality in man and  sensitivity is not born in them.

अयं बन्धुरयं नेति गणना लघुचेतसाम्।

उदारचरितानां तु वसुधैव कुटुम्बकम् ।। 

Meaning: This is my own, this is not my family, who says it is done by a short minded person. A man with a generous heart considers everyone on this earth to be his own family. The feeling of “Vasudhaiva Kutumbakam” means “World is one Family“. These things could exist only in the hearts of spiritual people.

 5 . The soul 

There are two kinds of people in the world. They are: one is materialistic or  atheists  and the other is spiritualist. Before writing anything about the soul here,  it is necessary to know the views of materialists (atheists). This is what the materialist can do in this life after being born. It is wrong to say that the fruit of one’s good or bad deeds will be found in the next life. Spiritual people believe that the soul is compelled to get the prize and punishment of their deeds for their reincarnation. They are bound by the divine, birth, rebirth and karma.

It’s over when people die. No dead person is born again, no one has seen it, nor have I been like this in the first birth, and it has been confirmed that I was born here in this birth.” If anybody said these sentences to a spiritual person, nobody believed it. But a materialistic person would believe it. Charvaka is a philosophy of materialists who rejected the notion of an afterworld, karma, liberation(Mokshya), the authority of the sacred scriptures, the vedas and the immortality of the self. They are not believed to soul, rebirth and karma. This Sanskrit  verse is supported by  them.

न स्वर्गो नाक्पवार्गश्च आत्मा नो पारलौकिकः ।

यावज्जीवं सुखं जीवेद् ऋणं कृत्वा घृतं पिवेत् ।। 

The meaning of the above verse is as follows: “There is no heaven, there is no salvation, there is no existence of the soul going to the afterlife. So people should enjoy happiness as long as they live. Happiness must be lived. Even if you take a loan, you have to eat ghee, ”he said. Earlier atheists used to talk about eating ghee by borrowing at least and ghee used to benefit them physically. But modern atheists say, “Eat, drink, and have fun.” They do not hesitate to do whatever it takes to get rich. He has no concern for sin. 

That is why in today’s world, corruption, immorality, injustice, and plunder are rampant. How can a body return back that has been destroyed once burned or a soul destroyed with a body ? Modern intellectuals say so, but many scientists have realized that there is a supernatural element above physical matter. There are many such doctors who have seen people with all sorts of physical conditions who are unable to survive after the operation and who do not survive under any circumstances. 

Every moment the doctor is facing a new disease and a new challenge. Who provides the ability to solve new problems? The same thing is supernatural. Music can be the soul of music! Musical instruments are just instruments of music. Unless the seeker creates music from these instruments. Until then, these devices are dead. Just as music requires a musical instrument, so the soul needs a body. We are unknowingly creating the body without experiencing the soul. Sanskrit verses are written about the soul in our scriptures below.

न प्राणेन नाऽपानेन मृत्योर्जीवती कश्चन ।

इतरेण तु जीवन्ति  यस्मिन्नेतावुपाश्रितौ ।।

“Life is neither the shelter of the soul nor the shelter of the self, it is the shelter of another object, on which the soul and the self depend for their existence.” In the above verse, the human body is the shelter of the soul. Where the living beings depend on the respiration to maintain their existence in the soul. I mean. If a person does not know who  I am ?  If he does not understand the nature of life, he does not understand what his ideal purpose is.  Then there is no question of knowing about the operator of life. How can one be satisfied with one’s deeds done in the form of ignorance? In fact, nature is the realm of knowledge of the human world and also the creation of God. The whole new invention and new things has been created from the wisdom and knowledge created by the human senses.

We gather a lot of knowledge about others. But what about yourself ? I don’t know at all. A person who is motivated by spirituality. Only that person is eager to find out about the ownself, soul, divine, the cosmic, the supernatural, birth,  rebirth and death. So who am I ?  That’s enough to ask yourself.

The Spirit comes before us as the answer to the question of who I am. Who controls the human body and the human senses ?  Who is giving suggestions from the heart ? Who gives power  to deal with any situation ? All this realization is self-realization and the element that guides human beings in the right or wrong path. It can be proved that it is the soul. 

Scientists recently created a robot called Sophia. Sophia stunned the world by making it possible for people to talk about the world, to read a book that could talk. Sophia is amazed at what is happening outside of what is programmed inside. Seeing this, she speaks like a human being, can walk, can see. In fact, she can talk like a human being. But she can’t go beyond the program inside. They need power to give speed. If it is turned off, she becomes inactive. The electric power is invisible. 

There is neither life nor soul inside Sophia. She is just a soulless machine. Suppose: People are super commuters in themselves. The living being is born by the union of man and woman by God, while the programmer inside the human being is its soul. The soul is automated by programming on the motherboard. The program may change as soon as a different situation arises, and make a new one immediately.

The living thing is inside the  people. That is the soul. What part of the body is this soul in? The answer to this question may be, as the presence of God is omnipresent in the root, place or creature of the universe. In the same way, this soul pervades any part of the body. And the soul dies with the body? In answer to this question, the Bhagavad Gita, Chapter 2, Verse 23 states:

नैनं छिन्दन्ति शस्त्राणि नैनं दहति पावक ः ।

न चैनं क्लेदयन्त्यापो न शोषयति मारुतः ।।२३।।

It means “No weapon can cut the soul. In the same way, fire cannot burn. It cannot be soaked, washed, or dried by air. The soul does not die, the gross body perishes ”.

This eternal soul does not arise, nor does it die, nor does it arise for any reason. Nothing is made by itself. That unborn is eternal, eternal, and ancient. Even if the body dies, it does not die. Destroying someone does not destroy the soul. That is more subtle than a molecule. That is within us. That is our form. That is why we know the soul. Realizing its glory, our grief and elusion will all be gone. 

We are dead is to say that the living soul has left our body. Man lives the life he is destined for and dies a gross body and becomes an invisible being. The organism is considered to be reborn or reincarnation when it takes on another body. Therefore, the soul is neither born nor dead. Every living being is different. Almighty God has given each living being a different color and faces. Not only this, there were DNA and fingerprints also different among humans. 

Even in sons and daughters born from the same parents, we find differences in appearance, color, temperament and body. So the semen and uterus of the same mother and father were the same. Why not the same. their children ? The answer is that everyone’s soul is different. Bound by their karmic bondage, different souls have taken up residence in her womb, so they have got different temperam

ents, different colors and bodies. So you are not the body that rides souls. After being freed from the bondage of karma, the soul becomes free again and becomes one form in the form of God.

6. Parmatma/cosmic soul/ supreme being/God.

Unless someone understands what the soul is, that person  cannot understand the divine. I have tried to explain as much as I can about the soul. The following verses specify a brief understanding of the soul.

न प्राणेन नाक्पानेन मृत्योर्जीवती कश्चन ।

इतरेण तु जीवन्ति यस्मीन्नेवावुपाश्रिंतौ ।।

“Life is neither the refuge of the living  nor of the dying, it is the refuge of another thing, over which the soul and the wonself depend for their existence.”

नैनं छिन्दन्ति शस्त्राणी नैनं दहती पावक: ।

न चैनं क्लेदयन्त्यापो न शोषयति मारुतः ।।२३।।

Bhagavad Gita Chapter 2 Verse 23

From the above verses, it can be understood that the soul is the owner of the living being, that is, it is the powerful element that governs the living being. God is the almighty element that runs the universe. The word Paramatma is a word associated with the soul. In explaining God, God is the best and the highest. Paramatma means the supreme soul. The soul is a partial element of God, while God is the soul of the whole cosmic power element.

“अतीव सूक्ष्मं परमात्मतत्वं न स्थूल दृष्टया प्रतिपत्तुमर्हती ” 

Meaning: The divine element is very subtle. Nobody could see and nobody achieved it through their naked eyes. God is formless, innocent and spotless , omnipresent, subtle, very subtle, imperishable and the whole universe is visible or invisible, including all the planets, stars, roots, invisible, vegetation and living beings. Parmatma has supreme  power to govern all these things. We can say that the Almighty element  is  Paramatma. 

The name of the divine energy must be God / Spirit, where the whole universe resides in the body of the cosmic soul. We must agree that our soul also is a subtle element produced from the Supreme Spirit, which is a very subtle one just like a dot. For example, the soul becomes part of the divine. Our consciousness does not recognize the form of the soul. Which is a subtle part of God.

If you agree with your intelligence, you can feel the presence of your soul in your heart. The divine element is sleeping in the material even in the human body, human beings have a self realization and their intelligence they can awaken but for material. When we have enlightenment. We have become an awakened state. In summary, the Supreme Soul is not a person, in fact Parmatma(supreme power) the center of the infinite power which is behind the universe. 

The seed of any object knows what it will become in its form. So that seed well knows what type of fruits and flowers could be given to nature. The seed knew what color of my leaf, how high to go and how deep my root should go, it knew to protect skill and save its life. The seeds knew what fruit to grow and what test would be. That is the wisdom of the seeds. These things have all intelligence as divine elements. 

The existence of all the plants and living beings of the universe is filled with the intelligence and wisdom of the seed at the beginning. There is sensation, there is consciousness, there is also in plants and living beings. It could be proven  there is the same sensation and consciousness in the material such as stone and soil. God means the whole universe is sensitive. There is no unconsciousness. There is an intelligence and wisdom behind this universe. Due to these things it controls and plans the whole thing.

Karma itself does not provide Karmafal (such as result). The intelligence and wisdom of this universe is to provide karmafal ( such as result). The reward and punishment of every deed is given by the wisdom of the universe. What we act and do to this universe. Accordingly, the universe  provides us with karmafal( result). If we did good in the universe,  the universe will do good to us in our lives as well.

Sometimes we do good but it could  result in being negative ? Here it also depends on the destiny of karma. The Karmafal of good deeds done with good intentions does not harm oneself even if it does not give good Karmafal. If your intention was bad, but there is doing good. In this situation the intelligence and wisdom of the universe would provide the Karmafal as their judgment.

If we try to give good advice to a foolish arrogant person, could he think they are trying to humiliate him ? It will create problems. If that person was intelligent, he would appreciate your suggestions.  If the universe was only materials, it would not be its existence. If there was no  intelligence and wisdom behind it, the karma fal would not be obtained under any circumstances.

Sometimes it is heard that he has done good karma deeds but he has got bad karma fal. We may have felt it. If you are doing good for others, but you may be done for your ego and selfishness ! The intelligence and wisdom of that universe must be felt that it was good work.  That is why Lord Krishna has said in the Bhagavad Gita about karma.

कर्मण्येवाधिकारस्ते मा फलेषु कदाचन |

मा कर्मफलहेतुर्भुर्मा ते सङ्गोऽस्त्वकर्मणि ।।

  भगवद्गीता अध्याय २ / ४७

It means: You have the right to work, but never engage in action for the sake of reward.  It isn’t in your hands. If you do something, You have to get an instant of your deed automatically. When you do your duty positively or without greed and desire in good faith. So fulfill your actions and obligations without expectations, desires, or fruity desires.

In other words, if you do something while imagining the fruit you want, your work may get in the way and the fruit may not be what you expected. Therefore, it can be interpreted that work done with all one’s might and without desire definitely means to bear fruit.

   The best soul is also called the best god. The Supreme God is considered to be the creator of the invisible, ubiquitous, subtle, indestructible and invincible universe. No one has seen God and cannot prove that he is God. So I think God is shapeless, ubiquitous, subtle, indestructible, invisible, and invincible.

The Supreme god is the creator of this universe as well as a mysterious supernatural divine power. We can feel that the universe is controlling itself but the whole universe is controlled by the supreme god by the natural laws.

       The religions of mankind are Christian, Islam, Judaism, Hinduism and many other branches of Hinduism, including God, Goddess, Jesus, Mohammed, Buddha, Ram, Krishna. We are considered to be gods because the portion of supersoul is a little more than the common man. Jesus calls himself the Son of God. Islam also considers Allah as God and Muhammad as the Messenger of Allah.

 ईश्वरः सर्वभूतानां हृद्देशेऽर्जुन तिष्ठति ।

भ्रामयन्सर्वभूतानि यन्त्रारुढानि मायया ।।६१।।

तमेव शरणं गच्छ सर्वभावेन भारत ।

तत्प्रसादात्परां शान्तिं स्थानं प्राप्स्यसी शाश्वतम् ।।६२।।

भगवद्गीता  १८(६१–६२) 

It means “The Supreme Personality of God dwells in the heart of all living beings, revolving around all living beings with his elusive loving power. O Arjuna! Take heartily refuge in God, you can get ultimate peace and eternal bliss by the grace of God.” 

सर्वयोनिषु कौन्तेय मूर्तयः सम्भवन्ति याः ।

तासां ब्रह्म महद्योनिरहं बीजप्रद: पिता ।।४।।

भगवद्गीता -अध्याय   १४ // ४ //

Hey Kunti’s son, “Nature is the mother of  all living creatures. If nature conceives living creatures, I am the supreme god as the father who established the seed inside the uterus.”

But Lord Krishna has said in verse 4 of Bhagavad Gita chapter 14 that he should consider himself as the divine God. Is it true that Krishna’s birth was revealed in an enchanting way or is it exaggerated by Krishna’s devotees (direct viewer Sanjay) ? Lord Krishna is being accepted as God. Even God can come down to this earth only by the will of the Supreme God. It can be felt that God has guided this world according to his will.

There are many things in the world that are very important and subtle. Which we cannot see with our eyes. But without that, you can’t even imagine the animals and plants and the world. Take air for example. The air contains the oxygen we need. Life without it is unimaginable. Carbon dioxide is essential to plants. With the help of this, plants make their food by photosynthesis with sunlight and produce the oxygen that human beings need. How can we see God if we cannot see with our own eyes ? We are even able to see the world.We have need the help of a mirror to see our own face.  How can you see the mind, intellect and soul of a person?

If the door of enlightenment is open in man, he could experience God ! But everyone couldn’t get that good fortune ? We called a scientist who discovers the merits and demerits of a substance created by God. People say where is the existence of God ? Who can show ? Says. If one cannot see and show the soul that breathes every moment, then who can see and show the Paramatma who manages the universe?

That is why self-aware people have to accept the existence of God. It is to follow the guidance given by him. What we see may not be true, and what we do not see may be true. This whole creation is very mysterious. It is very difficult to assimilate and attain enlightenment. When a person lacks self-knowledge and acquired knowledge, he has to work harder and harder to make lodging and fooding.  

In fact, My parents used to say that even birds and mice have eaten food. After being born as a human being on earth, you have to give something to this world. That is, one should go only by doing good deeds. My father used to say that no matter how much wealth is accumulated by carrying the burden of sin on his children by doing bad deeds, the welfare of the children will not be ensured.

In fact, we humans are children of God. Parents are our medium. That is why we have given our parents the status of God. God’s purpose is fulfilled when people rescue and protect this nature and all creatures on this earth. The power of God will increase. I have heard the Enlightenment say that God is eager to deliver the souls that have crossed the various births of creatures. Everyone should understand God according to the capacity of their intellect. This is how I understand God.

 Who am I ? 

Who am I ? This question has plagued almost all people. This question is both very difficult and it is also very simple. Simple in the sense that I am myself, If I don’t know who I am,  It is not necessary  to know anybody  ? Who else can I know ? Who am I ? When I was too young, that question sometimes came to my mind. Later then falling into married life, I did not  search for an answer for this question, never thought about it. Thoughts and contexts seem to change over time. I am a materialistic thinker. Towards the end of my life, when I was 45 years old, I became unconscious due to the effects of liver disease and I woke up from a coma after about seven days.

The question arose in my mind as to why I woke up even after the doctor had lost hope for my life ! The liver disease had completely damaged my liver and despite treatment, If I was unable to get a liver transplant within 2 years,  the doctor said that I would have to die.

The stories about my efford for liver transplant and references where I explained it all in my book “Liver transplanted man” “kalejo fereko manchhe” I am not going to mention here.The fact that I survived coma meant that there were very few accounts left for me to take and give  from this world.

I got a liver transplant and I have a strong belief that I can live in this world again. That was the source of his strength. My niece sent me a book of the Bhagavad Gita as explained by Prabhupada. 

Only a little knowledge of Sanskrit and English language makes me a little difficult. After that I found nepali verson copy of the Bhagavad Gita. It makes it easy to understand spirituality guided by shri krishna. People who have had an organ transplant also have a loss of memory. Having to live in a subjective mood. It is even more difficult to acquire knowledge of new subjects and languages.

        I am a father ? Am I a husband ? Am I a son ? Somewhere uncle, somewhere nephew, somewhere son-in-law  all these relationships come in a man. the doctor says to the patient. Somewhere  a man was the passenger. who worked as an engineer, as a doctor, as  a label of work. They were as above what they saw.

After having children, I am a father. In the same way, wherever they saw. Others say the same thing. On top of that there is your name, there is also a nickname. Who am I after so many introductions ? 

What do you say to me or to you when you are living with a naked body If you put aside all these acquired relationships, education, scholarship, wealth, property, position and honorable names ? Some people say naked people, some people say people !

When the same person stops breathing, everyone will call me or you a corpse. No matter how good the suit is, no matter how good the king is, no matter what the post value, no matter how educated he is, he becomes a corpse.

Death is the state of being breathless, and as soon as possible after death, our dead body is tied up and burned in a funeral place.  is the destiny of humans. It is the order of things. I think this is the trick of human creation ! When we see this scene even our ego is still the same. Greed, jealousy, and competition are still in the human characters.

Engaged in this matter, we do not know ourselves nor do we know others ! Relations Vs Relationship Names, Works Vs  Names and Knowledge Vs names, Education Vs names, All are you or we ? Even though these relationships and names are adorned in different ways and names in the context of time, after all who am I ?  even the answer does not come out . It is natural for us to be overwhelmed by the question. 

If we say we are human beings, we have to look at our body in subtle ways. The human body is made up of five dimensions. The first body is called the gross body, the second body is called the mental body and the other body is called the pranamaya body.

The body that combines these three elements is called the material living body. These are all physical dimensions of life. The other two bodies are also mental and energy bodies within the human body, which are made up of five dimensions of human life, including the scientific elements and happiness elements.

While the scientific cell may seem immaterial, it is in harmony with the physical body, while the blissful cell is completely immaterial. Even if the physical body is destroyed, the scientific and blissful body is not destroyed. This body is attracted to karma and karma is related to the soul. If there is no karma left, the soul will be liberated and the soul will be dissolved. Man born in this world cannot live without karma. In order to enjoy the karm fal of that karma, one has to be born again.

Our existence is only as long as we live. All living people are as bodies after death they are called death bodies. That is the truth. When the body is not me, it proves that there is something else inside the body that drives this perishable body. That perishable body element is me or another ? Did I drive ? or someone else. Science has already been discovered. Beyond physics, the subject matter of metaphysics is also accepted.

The answer to the question of who I am ? is the body ! Is your name ! is your Mind ! is that the brain ! or it is Wisdom ! It is also explained in this way. Another supreme power controls and operates all these things with an indestructible and immutable soul. Which exists within the human soul. It is said in the Bhagavad Gita that the soul is immortal.

नैनं छिन्दन्ति शस्त्राणी नैनं दहति पावक ः  ।                  

न चैनं क्लेदयन्त्यापो न शोषयति मारुतः ।।२३।।   

           भगवद्गीता अध्याय २ श्लोक २३

Meaning: No weapon can cut the soul. In the same way, fire cannot burn. It can neither be soaked in water, washed away, drowned, nor dried by wind. This is how the soul is explained in the Bhagavad Gita. The soul never dies. It is indestructible, eternal, unborn, inexhaustible, unchangeable. Therefore, to assume that the soul does not die and is not born, we are told to leave the soul from the body. People live grossly by living the life they are destined to have and the body dies and becomes an invisible soul. Due to the karma bondage of the soul. The living soul is considered to be reborn or born in the state of taking another body.

Therefore, the living being within us is neither born nor dead. To be different in every living being, Almighty God has given each living being differently. Not only that. Each person has  its own DNA and FINGERPRINT. These things do not match each other. Sons and daughters born to the same mother and father also find differences in appearance, color, temperament and body. Mother and father cells were the same, why not the same ? His children. The answer is that everyone’s soul is different. Since different souls have resided in her womb, they have got different natures, different colors and bodies. So I’m not talking about the body which you see. They are all spirits.

Is the soul the same as the divine or not ? The soul is a subtle part of the divine. Therefore, no human being is divine, that is sure. Where does the soul reside within man? Who controls the senses of this body ? This is also the question. Physiology explains that there are eleven body operating systems. What is the commanding power of these eleven body operating systems? Scientists have not been able to answer that question. Unless there is proof, they cannot be given. Even if accepted. The element that governs the body is not the soul. This body is me too but it is not.

If it is a body, cut off one hand and throw it away, but I will remain of me. If there is a sense, let me take out one eye and I will live again. As long as there is life, take out every part of the body. So I am said to be neither a body nor a sense organ. Every person has  a soul. So every person has a soul, that is their own self.  isn’t it. 

A lot of drops are in the water. More than smaller parts of water is  hydrogen and oxygen that combine to form water. If a drop of water finds out in the ocean.  Like who I am ? If innumerable droplets are collected to form water, then the ocean is formed from the same water. What if a wave seeks out who I am? Who am I to get out of the difference? It is necessary to find out. That is, the very subtle elemental realization that comes from meditation can give me a glimpse. Then the boundary between you and me is erased. In which water is found inside the waves of the sea.

In the same way, after reaching Samadhi through meditation, I and myself are seen. Everywhere these human souls are being born in one form or another. Take turns taking your destiny and destiny. God has sent down every soul on this earth to give it wisdom, love, peace, happiness, joy, holiness and power. In spite of his bad deeds, he has been given a real opportunity here. Good deeds are difficult. So people ruin the beautiful life by the temptation of momentary pleasure and misbehavior.

We have heard that man is a reincarnation  after he dies in newspapers and magazines. We have seen that before some people reach school,  They can read and write more than two languages. Some people  have mastered music without any training.  We come across strange things. We can say, they are all inherited from the ancestral culture. But they have got from their reincarnation life Many people seem to get the fruits of their deeds in this life. Good deeds bring a person to a great place and family. If human ego indulges in sinful deeds. Karma  pushes them upside down again. After some time, deceitful criminals were destroyed. This is the law of Almighty God. This can be considered as a natural law. I agree that I am a part of a unique soul-form divine being within the body.

• Yoga Sadhana

Patanjali had  composed the Yoga Sutras through meditation in the Vedic period. There are as many yoga books today in the markets. They are all written following that scripture. Many books have been written about yoga. The importance of yoga has increased in the world today. Yoga is a scientific lifestyle in  which you can live a yogic life even though we are householders. We can make life better and more glorious with as many resources as possible. Yoga is the art of living a calm, serene, patient, fearless, happy and healthy life. This yoga and meditation can bring peace to the whole world ! Adhering to it helps everyone to be a dutiful person. It helps to rise above that and make it responsible for the society and the country.

I am also currently engaged in the research and study of yoga and meditation. Yoga and meditation are for the health and happiness of the whole human body, mind and brain. By adopting this you will be able to make yourself a successful and good human being. Get rid of failure, disability, frustration, depression and other mental illnesses. 

You will be able to build a lot of self-confidence among us. We seem to be just ignorant even though our knowledge is filled with as much understanding as possible. Because there are so many scriptures that it is very difficult to read and understand all the scriptures. It is impossible for man to cross the ocean of knowledge. 

Many people are trying to grow up by sticking to the personality of others. Even if they are involved in propaganda, when a person who is attached to the personality of others separates from him, then we find that person to be hollow and without status.

Everyone has a kind of pride. He is fortunate to see his property, good job, business, beautiful wife, good house and wise friendship. When people lose all these things, they can realize  the fact. Nobody with him. They couldn’t understand that before. When they realized it was too late. His personality is connected with all these things. 

His identity is formed and his dignity is connected with these things. Without all these things, They become hollow and helpless. Nothing with him, they become non-existence. So I have to believe that everything can be achieved by Gyan yoga.  People have never been able to acquire the satisfaction and wisdom of life without yoga meditation.

People can get supernatural happiness and satisfaction if they can be freed from external ostentation and move towards enlightenment. We have stopped doing good deeds. We are doing deeds that are going on with others. This kind of karma is called prati-karma. 

The karma that may not be enough for one’s ability. That karma which has given sorrow instead of giving happiness for all of us. So let us learn to make our lifestyle according to our status. We need and have to  enjoy it to the fullest.

You should not destroy the present life for your future happiness. Do not live in the present in a crisis . If we learn to live in the present, if we can enjoy it. The happiest time of life will be. 

There are even small moments of happiness in people’s sorrows. You have to utilize and enjoy these small moments of happiness. All people’s happiness and sorrow are the experience and feeling of the mind. 

Yoga practice is the most suitable way to experience this happiness. The main way to cross the ocean of sorrow is to practice yoga. This yoga practice is the shortest way to attain knowledge and happiness. Yoga sadhana helps to keep the body, mind and brain healthy and to live a happy life with a high morale.

Explanation of Yoga: 

The brief explanation of yoga is as follows. The word yoga literally means to add, combine, or incorporate. The word yoga is derived from the Sanskrit word ”use’ ’युज’  According to scholars, when mankinds adds some kind of attribute  then man becomes perfect.  

Otherwise, people are just mankinds. Only by adding the sum of education, initiation, training, wisdom and physical exercise can one become a complete human being. When a person becomes a special human of the society who has acquired any special ability is the intellectual scholar. 

In order to achieve such things:  yoga practice could help to the the mankind’s  stay physically healthy. The attraction of modern society towards yoga has increased. According to the Vedantas, yoga is the meeting point of the living being  and soul.

According to Yoga Vashishta, Yoga Sadhana is the way to cross the Bhavsagar of the world. Another scholar has called yoga the tactic of uniting men with Narayan. Although modern human beings have not been able to get close to the divine power by fully following the practices and rules of traditional yoga, they have resorted to yoga to overcome the pollution, despair, depression, dissatisfaction, failure and psychological disease developed by modern society.

Many people have found new encouragement through diet, physical exercise and meditation. They are excited. The yoga developed in the eastern culture has been further refined by the people of the western countries and its importance has been further highlighted. Yoga meditation and penance do not mean that all people should be Buddha. However, yoga is becoming very popular today for making the balance of one’s mind,  body and soul healthy and patience.

It is necessary to know the theoretical knowledge of traditional yoga. I will try to explain it in a very simple way. According to eastern philosophy, there are many yoga practices that connect the living soul and the divine. 

Examples: Bhakti Yoga, Gyan Yoga, Buddhi Yoga, Yantra Yoga, Mantra Yoga, Nada Yoga, Shiva Yoga, Laya Yoga, Japa Yoga, Sankirtan Yoga, Anasakti Yoga, Karma Yoga, Kundalini Yoga etc. In yoga sadhana, the four methods are mainly accepted. Such as (1) Mantra Yoga (2) Hatha Yoga (3) Laya Yoga (4) Raja Yoga

(1) Mantra Yoga: The mantra of God is chanted in order to withdraw from the objects and names of the whole world. Which helps to have peace of mind and one mind. Meditation Yoga, Bhakti Yoga, Sankirtan Yoga, Japa Yoga, Prem Yoga fall under this.

(2) Hatha Yoga: 

There are six chakras in the human body. By penetrating these six chakras through the process of yoga, the seeker can attain closeness to the Supreme Soul by restraining the mind. This is called Hatha Yoga.

(3) Lay Yoga: 

By awakening the Kundalini and piercing the six chakras, reaching the Sahasra Dal Kamal and establishing unity with God, it is called Lay Yoga. In fact, the extreme point of hatha yoga is lay yoga.

4) Raja Yoga:

The state of controlling the emotions of the mind through the use of intellect and restraining the mind through the use of knowledge is called Raja Yoga. In the Bhagavad Gita, Lord Krishna has explained that through Karma Yoga one can reach Raja Yoga. Karma yoga is the act done by a human being without prejudice and offering it to God. If Karma is done for the copying of competition and revenge of others that is called Prati karma.

Ashtanga yoga Sadhana अष्टाङ्ग योग साधना 

Today’s society is in turmoil, there are disputes and conflicts between castes. Disputes and animosity between religions are increasing. In this way, religious and ethnic riots are taking place in most of the countries of the world, spreading animosity by dividing into caste and religion. They are committing genocide in the name of religion. Every human being and every country wants peace, but why is it not happening? Who is that Who has created terror? Why are they doing this ? Why are innocent people being killed ? The answer is still being sought. However, there is no peace in the world.  Even the United nation is making an effort working for world peace. 

Every year, the Nobel Prize is awarded to people who have worked hard for world peace.

Gautama Buddha, the pioneer of world peace, spread the message of peace in the world. Ahimsa Paramo Dharma अहिंसा परमो धर्म “nonviolence greatest Dharma” is the Buddha’s philosophy attained by meditation on world peace on the basis of Panchsheel. All the people of the world can be peace workers for world peace on the basis of Panchsheel. The importance of yoga has increased in today’s world. Every person should adopt Ashtanga Yoga as a way of life, become healthy, self-aware, and peace-loving. All the wise, intelligent, justice-loving, truthful, moderate, contented, loving, literate, benevolent and dutiful brothers of the world.This Ashtanga Yoga will help to remove the accumulated bad feelings, greed, bad character from a person’s  inner negative vibe.  Yoga could help to create a healthy, righteous character, full of virtue. The general term of Ashtanga Yoga is that it is called Ashtanga Yoga because of the eight limbs.

1.Yama, 2. niyama, 3. asana 4. pranayama, 5. pratyahara, 6 meditation, 7. meditation, 8. samadhi are the eight limbs.

(1) यम Yama

अहिंसा सत्यमस्तेय ब्रह्मचर्या परिग्रहाः यमः

Nonviolence,truth,non stealing, Brahmacharya, renunciation: 

Yama includes non-violence, truth, non-violence, celibacy and renunciation of more than useful things. In particular, non-violence is the act of not causing suffering to any being by mind, word and deed. A truthful person is a person who obeys the ‘truth’ by heart, word and deed and who fearlessly stands and speaks for the truth even in difficult situations. It exposes the subtle power of the body. Stealing away from stealing, cheating, bribery are renunciation. The renunciation of all forms of sexual intercourse by attachment, mind, speech, and action is called Brahmacharya. It is said that by practicing celibacy one gets all power. Those who try to collect wealth, that is Parigraha and who convert immense wealth. While those who are not attached to wealth that are called aparigraha but being satisfied with the minimum needs, are devoted to God. It increases the knowledge to understand life and the world.

(2) Rules: To be clean of yourself,(Shauch, satisfactory, Tap, self study, and being grateful for god these five rules. Must be finished before Yoga. These five works make yourself pure holy by offering our karma to God.

3) Ashan 

Ashan simply means to sit in posture. The word asana specifically refers to the act of sitting in yoga. Asanas are Padmasana, Bhadrasana, Siddhasana, Sukhasana, etc. According to Hatha Yoga, There are 84 types of asanas called asanas. Mudra is also  one of Ashan. The exercise of the yoga system to keep the body fit, through asana. If you follow yoga Ashan completely, there are a lot of postures.  If you do all the asanas that your all the organs of the body are to be active. You can make your body flexible, active and healthy.

(4) Pranayama: 

The dimensions of Prana Vayu are called Pranayama. The special act of inhaling and exhaling is called pranayama. Control the Prana Vayu as much as possible and use the breath methodically. Steady your restlessness.

(5) Pratyahara:(withdrawal)

Pratyahara is the act of introverting the form, color, juice, taste, smell, touch, and speech received from the external senses, eyes, ears, tongue, nose, and skin. Perception and meditation are not possible when the external senses are fully active. Pratyahara is necessary for the accomplishment of any work.

(6) Dharana ( perception)

The activity of concentrating the mind is called Dharana. Dharana is the act of concentrating the mind by remembering the navel chakra, heart chakra, or any part of the body. The practice of reaching a state of zero (concentration) by fixing one’s gaze on a specific external point is also a kind of perception. Dharana can fix the mind or mind in one place. It destroys the restlessness of the mind and opens the way for meditation

(7) Dhyan: Attention :  Meditation

Any kind of business not successful without attention. Read carefully, work carefully, drive carefully, if you do not pay attention to any task, no work can be successful. Accidents happen if you don’t pay attention. Meditation is of paramount importance. As it is very necessary to focus on the subject matter. In the same way, in yoga, meditation is very important to maintain an interrelationship with God. There are 2 types of meditation. Gross and subtle, the meditation done by making an idol and a picture as a medium is called gross meditation. The method of meditating by thinking about God in the soul in one’s own heart is called subtle meditation.

(8) Samadhi:

Samadhi is the culmination or end point of meditation. When a person reaches the ultimate state of this yoga, his body, senses, mind and intellect become stable. He rises above the waking state. At that time his soul becomes fully conscious and active. He begins to experience that this world, this creation, is Brahmamaya. In this situation, the encounter with God takes place. In this way, the state of being able to experience God is called Samadhi.Yogi’s  say that the state of Samadhi cannot be explained in words.In my experience, yoga practice is the practice that makes people fearlessly disciplined, meditative, wise, happy, healthy, mentally healthy and prosperous. Another word samadhi is described as salvation after mausoleum.

. Karma Yoga

In the Bhagavad Gita, Lord Krishna reminded Arjuna about karma yoga in every way. After the birth of a human being, a human being cannot give up action because a human being cannot remain idle at any moment. Be it good or bad. Every moment thoughts are born in the mind of man. The same thought forces one to do action. The simple meaning of Karma is work.

       Therefore, it is a natural and divine law that one gets the reward of one’s work. One has done good or bad deeds of that work, they cannot be freed from birth to birth until spending the Karmafal fruit is taking advantages or disadvantages. The knowledge of Karma Yoga given to Arjuna by Shri Krishna on the battlefield to lead the society and the world towards a positive direction is relevant even in today’s age. 

That is good Karma which is offered to God. if Karma’s results came out as sins that are not considered as sins.  Humans should offer his work to the god. Karma fal don’t be in your hand. Humans who control their senses and become unattached to their senses and conduct Karma yoga are the best human beings. According to the scriptures, generally human actions are done for the welfare of all that is good Karma.

Karma (Actions) provides benefits for future generations and also helps guide society in a better way. Such actions are called Satkarma. It is believed that if all deeds are offered to God, they will not be tainted by this world and they will be freed.

Inaction does not mean to give up all the kinds of work done by the heart, mind and body immediately. or non-action do nothing. Because people are always doing something and they are getting excited in their efforts to work. He cannot remain inactive. However, the action in which a person is freed from the bondage of karma by offering to the god.  That action is called Karma yoga.

न कर्मणामनाराम्भान्नैष्कम्यं पुरुषोअश्रुते |

न च सन्न्यसनादेव सिध्दिं समधिगच्छति ||४||

न हि कश्चीत्क्षणमपी जातु तिष्ठत्यकर्मकृत |

कार्यते ह्यवशः कर्म सर्वः प्रकृतिजैर्गुनैः ||५्||

कर्मेन्दीयाणी संयम्य य आस्ते मनसा स्मरण |

इन्दियार्थान्विमुढात्मा मिथ्याचारः स उच्यते ||६्||

यस्त्वीन्द्रियाणी मनसा नियम्यारभतेअर्जुन |

कर्मेन्द्रियैः कर्मयोगमसक्तः स विशिष्यते ||७||

भागवतगीता (२र ४(७)

Meaning: According to any path, there is no obligation to give up the form of karma, because man does not achieve akarma by not doing it. Neither does God become self-realization only by abandoning karma, nor the achievement itself is achieved. Because no human being can give up action, Humans cannot remain idle at any moment. Every man acts are controlled by his quality of nature. Some of them are stopping their Karmendriya by forcely but they are thinking about the gratification of their senses. That type of man is called a hypocrite. O Arjun ! The human being who controls their Karmendriya senses and becomes unattached practices Karmayoga. That person is the most wise human being.

किं कर्म किमकर्मेती कवयोअप्यत्र मोहिता |

तत्ते कर्म प्रवक्ष्यामी यज्ज्ञात्वा मोक्ष्यसे क्शुभात् |१६्||

कर्मणों ह्यपी बोध्दव्यम् बोद्धव्यं च विकर्मणः |

अकर्मणश्य बोध्दयं गहना कर्मणों गतिः ||१७||

श्रीमद्भगवद्गीता( अध्याय (४ (१६(१७)

Meaning: what is karma ? What is akarma (inaction)? Still educated person is not able to decide about Karma(action)and Akarma (inaction), even if they are attracted to those things . So That  I Will tell you what is Karma ? You have to know and understand about bad deeds and good deeds. You will be freed from inauspicious and attachment to material things  by  Karma. You have to know and understand about Akarma where a man does nothing at all, only the act of sitting quiet. Thus according to shree krishna that action has three types.

1.Karma: Karma is such works that bring pleasure to this world and the hereafter.

2. Akarma: Any action done by humans that is motivated by work sacrifice and dedication, without the hope of fruit and  the work is done only for the purification of one’s soul,  mind. That action is Akarma.
3. Vikarma : If human any action done for sake of greed, pride and personal benefits. Due to these actions there will be sad consequences in society.  That type of action is Vikarma.

निराशिर्यतचित्तात्मा त्यक्तसर्वपरिग्रहः |

शरीरं केवलं कर्म कुर्वन्नाप्नोप्ति किल्बिषम् ||२१||

यद्रिच्छालाभसंतुष्टो व्दंव्दातितो बिमत्सर |

समः सिध्दावसिध्दौ च क्रित्वापी न निबध्यते ||२२||

 श्रीमद्भगवद्गीता( अध्याय (४ 

Meaning: The man who is without hope is in control of his mind and soul. Who subdued his mind and soul, who abandoned all peripheral goods. Such a man does not get any sin or negative result if he performs fruitless physical activities which are done only for the maintenance of the body. He is satisfied with the things that are obtained by chance without expecting. He is free from envy and jealousy and free from equality contradiction, who thinks free from happiness and sorrow. He is equal in both success and failure. Even If man does such deeds, he is not bound by Karma.It is called Akarma(inaction). This action can be called Karmayoga.

कर्मन्येवाधिकारस्ते मा फलेषु कदाचन |

मा कर्मफलहेतुर्भुर्मा ते सङ्गोअस्त्वकर्मणि ||४७||
